The ruling

The tenancy is terminated as of February 2, 2022. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $2,815.98, which includes $2,629.98 in daily compensation for use of the rental unit from December 8, 2021 to February 2, 2022, and $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by June 26, 2022, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
