What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants pay $3,050.56 by October 31, 2022 or $4,007.25 by November 30, 2022 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenants do not void the order, they must move out by November 30, 2022 and pay the Landlord $1,921.24, plus daily compensation of $31.08 per day starting October 26, 2022.
