What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants and for an order to have the Tenants pay compensation for damage they owe because the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on October 12, 2023 with respect to application LTB-L-008348-23.

The ruling

The parties consented to the following order: Order LTB-L-008348-23 is cancelled and replaced. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $1,561.28 as specified in the order. If the Tenants fail to make the payments in full and on time, the entire balance becomes due and the Landlord can apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
