The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated as of January 1, 2020. The Unauthorized Occupants must vacate the rental unit by April 30, 2021 and pay the Landlord $1,376.00 in compensation for use of the unit, outstanding rent, and the application filing fee. If the unit is not vacated by April 30, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction.
