The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective May 2, 2023. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $8,929.50, which includes rent arrears and application filing fees. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by May 2, 2023, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
