The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $12,550 in arrears through a repayment plan of $500 per month from August 2021 to August 2023, and a final $50 payment in September 2023. The Tenant must also pay the rent for August and September 2021 by September 1, 2021, and the rent for October 2021 to September 2023 by the first of each month during that period. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments, the full outstanding balance becomes immediately due and the Landlord may apply for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant.
