What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 10, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,465.30, which includes rent arrears up to July 30, 2021 and the cost of filing the application, minus the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 10, 2021, the Tenant will start owing interest and the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
