The Tenant must move out by that date and pay the Landlord $14,312.47, which includes rent arrears, daily compensation, and application filing costs, less the rent deposit and interest owed to the Tenant. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 14, 2022, the Tenant will start owing interest at 4% annually on the outstanding balance.
