What happened
The Tenant filed a motion to set aside the eviction order EAL-91200-20 because he had paid the amount required under subsection 74(11) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 to void the order before it was enforced.
The ruling
The part of the order EAL-91200-20 relating to the eviction of the Tenant based on arrears of rent is void. The amount of $324.00 paid into the Board by the Tenant shall be paid out to the Landlords.
