What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The parties consented to the determinations and order at the hearing.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 30, 2021. The Tenant must pay $9,600 in rent arrears by December 15, 2020 or the Landlord can collect the entire balance. The Tenant must continue paying $1,200 rent on the 1st of each month until the tenancy ends.
