What happened

The ruling

The Tenant is ordered to pay $3,177.31 in arrears and costs to the Landlord according to a specified payment schedule from February 2023 to July 2023. The Tenant must also pay new rent on time. If the Tenant fails to make any payment, the Landlord may apply for termination and eviction within 30 days of the breach.
