The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective July 26, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $14,293.55 plus $35.14 per day starting July 16, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant pays $14,888.40 on or before July 26, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the Tenant can remain in the unit.
