The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 17, 2023. The Tenant must vacate the unit by this date. If the Tenant does not vacate, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $26.30 per day in compensation starting January 12, 2023 until the Tenant moves out, as well as $201 for the application filing fee.
