What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $8,377.00 by June 17, 2023. If not voided, the Tenant must vacate by June 17, 2023, and pay $5,187.68 plus $29.62 per day from March 15, 2023, until move-out. The Tenant may make a motion to void the order if full payment is made before the Sheriff enforces eviction.
