The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 6, 2021. The Tenants must vacate the rental unit by that date. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $219.60, which includes $33.60 per day for use of the unit after the termination date and $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by September 6, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
