What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to the Landlord entering into an agreement of purchase and sale of the rental unit and the purchaser requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation. The Landlord also applied for an order requiring the Tenants to compensate the Landlord for damages.

The ruling

The Landlord is entitled to $123.00 for the cost of repairing the damage to the showerhead and hole in the master bedroom wall. The Landlord's request to amend the application to include additional damages was denied.
