What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective July 16, 2021. The tenant must pay the landlord $12,170.94 in rent arrears and application costs, plus $41.39 per day in compensation starting June 17, 2021 until the tenant vacates. If the tenant does not pay the full amount by July 16, 2021, the landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement. The tenant can void the eviction order by paying $12,992 by June 30, 2021 or $14,251 by July 16, 2021.
