What happened

Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant or someone the Tenant permitted in the residential complex wilfully causing undue damage, substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment of other tenants, and committing an illegal act.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective December 31, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date and pay the Landlord $2,521, which includes $2,335 for damage and the $186 application fee.
