What happened

The tenancy was terminated effective June 1, 2020 when the Tenants vacated the unit. The Tenants are ordered to pay $10,652.21 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $190 in application fees, by April 9, 2021. If not paid, interest will accrue at 2% annually.
