What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to persistent late payment of rent. The Tenant has been consistently paying the rent a couple of days late.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the lawful rent in full and on time for each consecutive month commencing February 2022 and continuing through January 2023. If the Tenant fails to make the payments, the Landlord can apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant. The Tenant shall also pay the $186 application fee by February 28, 2022.
