What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $8,586.00 by July 24, 2022. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by July 24, 2022, and pay the Landlord $6,003.02 plus $36.16 per day from June 21, 2022, until move-out. The Tenant may file a motion to void the order if full payment is made before the Sheriff enforces eviction.
