What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $3,184.51 by October 28, 2022 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, the Tenant must vacate the unit by October 28, 2022 and pay the Landlord $136.99 plus daily compensation of $33.93 from September 1, 2022 until the Tenant vacates.
