What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

If the Tenant does not void the order, they must move out by August 31, 2022 and pay the Landlord $5,666.16 plus daily compensation of $32.88 per day from July 8, 2022 until move-out.
