What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's behavior that seriously impaired the safety of other residents and wilful damage to the property.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 3, 2022. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $20.71 per day for use of the unit from July 6, 2022 until the move-out date, less any rent payments made, and $186 for the application filing fee.
