What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $23,819 by 2022-10-31 or $25,708 by 2022-11-13 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $21,779.80 and vacate by 2022-11-13.
