What happened

Landlord applied for an order requiring Tenant to pay the rent that the Tenant owes. The Tenant vacated the rental unit on March 31, 2022, but did not pay the total rent for the period from March 1, 2022 to March 31, 2022.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $201.00 for the cost of the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 13, 2022, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 4.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
