What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Tenant was in possession of the rental unit when the application was filed.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord the remaining $88.00 application fee by June 30, 2021. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by that date, the Tenant will start to owe simple interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
