The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $4,686.00 by July 24, 2022. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by July 24, 2022, and pay $371.84 plus $42.74 per day from June 22, 2022, until move-out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting July 25, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
