What happened

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before March 14, 2024. The total amount of arrears and costs outstanding by the Tenants to the Landlords is $13,244.00 to February 14, 2024. The Landlords shall waive all arrears outstanding to the period ending February 14, 2024 and the $186.00 cost of the application filing fee. The last month's rent deposit shall be applied in full satisfaction to February 15, 2024 rent.
