What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent and meet conditions specified in a previous order. The Tenants failed to pay $350 arrears by November 21, 2021, and $800 rent by December 1, 2021, as required by the previous order.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 25, 2022. Tenants must pay $4,453.42 plus $26.30 per day starting January 15, 2022, until they vacate. If not paid by January 25, 2022, interest will accrue at 2% annually. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting January 26, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
