What happened

The ruling
The tenancy will be terminated on February 28, 2023 unless the Tenant pays $1,885.24 by January 31, 2023 or $3,197.84 by February 28, 2023 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not pay the required amount, the Tenant must vacate the unit by February 28, 2023, and the Landlord can file the order with the Court Enforcement Office to enforce the eviction starting March 1, 2023. The Tenant also owes the Landlord $10.49 and daily compensation of $43.15 per day starting January 19, 2023 until the Tenant vacates.
