What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective November 30, 2022. Tenants must pay $31,612.00 to Landlords for rent arrears and filing fee. Daily compensation of $69.04 is owed for each day of occupation starting September 9, 2022. If full payment is not made by October 22, 2022, interest will be charged at 4.00% annually.
