What happened
Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant. The Landlord alleged that the police SWAT team attended the rental unit on December 21, 2016 due to a complaint about alleged firearms and one of the Tenant's guests was arrested, and the police SWAT team damaged the entry door.
The ruling
The application is dismissed. The N5 Notice was voided by the Tenant because the issue and behavior was corrected in the 7-day period.
