What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the rental unit is the superintendent's premises and the Tenant's employment as superintendent has ended.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before October 30, 2022. If the unit is not vacated on or before October 30, 2022, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. The Tenant owes the Landlord daily compensation in the amount of $36.16 commencing December 23, 2021, and shall also pay the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application.
