What happened

The interference included disruptive behavior by Tenant's visitors, drug-related activities, and issues with Tenant's cat.
The ruling
The Board ordered the termination of the tenancy and eviction of the Tenant due to substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment of other tenants. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by December 30, 2017. If not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction enforcement starting December 31, 2017.
