What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant, and for committing an illegal act involving the possession of an illegal drug for the purposes of trafficking in the rental unit.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before December 18, 2017. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $175 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owing by December 18, 2017, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
