What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to the Tenant's behaviour substantially interfering with other tenants' reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex. The Tenant and her guests repeatedly climbed on neighbouring tenants' balconies, causing disturbances and fear among other residents.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 31, 2022, due to the Tenant's substantial interference with other tenants' reasonable enjoyment. The Tenant must vacate the unit by this date. If not vacated, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting September 1, 2022.
