What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant or someone permitted by Tenant substantially interfering with another tenant's reasonable enjoyment, causing undue damage to the premises, and exceeding occupancy limits.
The ruling
The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $500 for the reasonable costs of repairing damage to the rental unit. If the Tenant does not pay by December 13, 2021, they will owe simple interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
