What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent as ordered in a previous LTB order. The Tenant filed a motion to set aside the eviction order.

The ruling

The previous eviction order is set aside. The Tenant is ordered to bring his rent balance to zero by January 6, 2022. If the Tenant fails to do so, the Landlord may apply for a new eviction order without further notice.
