What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after serving a valid Notice to End Tenancy Early for Non-payment of Rent (N4 Notice), which the tenant did not void by paying the arrears. The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $16,704.84 by October 24, 2022 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay this amount, the Tenant must vacate the unit by October 24, 2022 and pay the Landlord $12,928.03 plus daily compensation of $58.22 from September 28, 2022 until the Tenant vacates.
