Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to the Tenant's aggressive behavior and threats towards other tenants in the residential complex.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 25, 2021. The Tenants must vacate the unit by that date. The Tenants must pay the Landlords $4,648.02 for use of the unit from March 19, 2021 to September 14, 2021, less the rent deposit and interest owed. The Tenants must also pay $31.08 per day for use of the unit from September 15, 2021 until they move out, as well as $186 for the application filing fee.
