What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to allow Landlord's real estate agent access to the rental unit to take photos and measurements for the purpose of listing the property for sale.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective May 31, 2015. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date and pay the Landlord $170 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the amount owing by May 4, 2015, she will owe interest starting May 5, 2015. If the unit is not vacated by May 31, 2015, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
