What happened

Tenant applied for an order determining that Landlords failed to meet maintenance obligations, harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with them, entered the rental unit illegally and substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex.

The ruling

Landlords shall pay Tenant $20 rent abatement for illegal entry and $50 for application filing cost, totaling $70. Landlords must pay by July 8, 2017, or will owe interest.
