What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the unauthorized occupants who had moved into the rental unit without the landlord's permission. The tenant had allowed the unauthorized occupants to move in, and they refused to leave.

The ruling

The tenancy between the landlord and the tenant is terminated effective immediately. The unauthorized occupants shall move out of the rental unit on or before September 3, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
