What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 29, 2022, unless Tenants void the order by paying $5,017.95 on or before that date. Tenants must pay $1,664.26 plus $55.17 per day starting January 5, 2022, for rent arrears and compensation. If full payment is not made, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting January 30, 2022.
