What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant from a superintendent's premises due to the end of Tenant's employment as superintendent. Landlord also claimed compensation for each day Tenant remained in the unit after the termination date.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated as of March 19, 2022. The Tenant must pay $11,085.45 for use of the unit from June 1, 2021 to March 8, 2022, plus $56.71 per day from March 9, 2022 until move-out. If not vacated by March 19, 2022, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement.
