What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant as the Tenant occupies a superintendent's unit and her employment as superintendent has ended.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 15, 2021. The Tenant must move out by July 15, 2021 and pay the Landlord $15,628.74 for use of the unit from September 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021, plus $51.58 per day from July 1, 2021 until the Tenant moves out, and $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by July 15, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
