What happened

Landlord applied for an order requiring Tenants to pay the rent they owed. The Tenants were not present or represented at the hearing, although properly served with notice.

The ruling

The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $1,849.00 in rent arrears and $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the full amount is not paid by November 13, 2021, the Tenants will start owing interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
