What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the specified amount. The Tenant must pay $3,938.51 to the Landlord if the tenancy is terminated, plus $46.42 per day for use of the unit from March 17, 2023, until move-out. The Tenant must vacate by April 10, 2023, if the order is not voided. The eviction can be enforced by the Sheriff starting April 11, 2023.
