The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlords $2,800, which represents the reasonable costs of repairing the damage and the rent arrears to September 20, 2019. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by November 30, 2019, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance starting December 1, 2019.
